Immersed in the peace and the tranquillity of the place, Lo Speziale (55 sqm) is a lovely apartment with independent entrance situated on the ground floor.
The large front paved terrace is equipped with table, chairs, and barbecue for dining alfresco.
It is furnished in typical Tuscan style with terra-cotta floors and wooden beamed ceilings. "Lo Speziale" is so composed: a living room with sofa, a pretty double room and a comfortable shower room. The spacious living room has a fully equipped kitchen area with hob, fridge, small electric oven, and kitchenware, a dining area with table and chairs. The front door directly opens into the living room, which enjoys lovely views of San Gimignano.
