Where are you?
We are situated in Tuscany, just 1km off the famous medieval town of San Gimignano.
Please check under the How to reach us section in our web site, where you will find a detailed description and the map with arrival instructions to the estate. GPS coordinates available, since most of our guests travel by car.

Are the prices that are listed in the web site all-inclusive or are there additional costs that are not mentioned here?
Prices are all-inclusive. Final cleaning of the apartments is also included..
Extra costs include independent heating (0,50 € per kWh) in wintertime, and cot, available on request (€ 10,00 per night). Please request the cot at the time of booking.

Are cots available?
For the youngest guests a portable travel cot is available on request at the additional cost of € 10,00 per night.
Please note that cot linen is not provided. You should bring this with you.

Is heating available?
Both our rooms and apartments are provided with an independent heating system to be paid locally on consumption (0,50 € per kWh); heating, together with the baby cot, is the only additional cost to be paid locally in wintertime according to consumption.

Is there a restaurant in your agriturismo?
No, in our agriturismo there isn’t any restaurant. We only offer accommodation.
Our apartments, however do have fully equipped kitchen.
Please note that our apartments have a kitchen area. Rooms do not have a kitchen area.

Are there any restaurants in the vicinity of the agriturismo?
There are many excellent restaurants, trattorias and pizzerias in the historical centre of San Gimignano, just 1km from our agriturismo.

Do you serve breakfast?
No, our agriturismo only offers accommodation.
Our apartments, however do have fully equipped kitchen.
Rooms, on the contrary, do not have a kitchen area, they just have a mini-bar fridge.

Can we rent one of your apartment or a room for just one night or for a week-end?
It is possible to rent our rooms for just one night or for a week-end (except extended holiday ), but our apartments can only be rented for a minimum stay of three nights. . However, two nights stays may be accepted.

What time should we check in/check out?
Check in: from 3 to 6:30pm
Check out: before 10am

Is bed and bath linen included?
Bed and bath linen is included in the rental price.
The linen pack is provided every 7 days.

Is there a mid-week cleaning service?
Rooms and apartments are cleaned on the day of departure, before the arrival of the new guests.

Can we wash our cloths?
At the agriturismo we do not have a washing machine. In the front terrace area there is a common washtub where you can wash your cloths by hand.
All the rooms and apartments are provided with a cloths horse where you can hang out the washing.

What are the opening hours of the swimming pool?
The swimming pool is open every day from 9am to 8pm.
The swimming pool (14m x 7m) is 1,50m deep.

Is there a barbecue?
The rear communal terrace has a barbecue for guests' use. The use of the barbecue is in common.

Are you close to the main traffic roads and motorways?
Our agriturismo is far from the main traffic roads and motorways. It is situated in a favourable position in the heart of the hilly Tuscan countryside in a very quiet and silent place, just 1km to San Gimignano.

Are animals allowed?
No animals are allowed.

How many floors does the agriturismo have?
All the rooms and the apartments are on the ground floor.

How far are the closest shops?
The shops are in the historical centre of San Gimignano, just 1km away.
During the tourist season they are generally open every day from 9am to 8pm

Do the apartments have cooking facilities?
Yes, all the apartments have fully equipped kitchens including fridge, hob, sink, small electric oven and kitchenware.

Is the pool always open?
The pool is open from May to October, unless unfavourable weather conditions.

How far are Florence, Siena and Volterra?
Our agriturismo is 55km to Florence, 40km to Siena, and 30km to Volterra.

Is there a sun terrace?
By the pool there is a large sun terrace equipped with sun beds and parasols, table tennis, table football and an amusing slide for the youngest guests only.
