Romantic cottage, furnished in authentic Tuscan style, La Chicca de La Buca di Montauto boasts a unique position. Recently remodeled, is immersed in the picturesque Tuscan countryside, over the estate vineyards and olive groves of our farm.
Completely independent, the holidays-house is situated on two floors and has a private, very large and outdoor space with garden, furnished with table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor dining in a pleasant atmosphere; in addition, the garden is equipped with sunbeds. On the ground floor, there are a dining room with fully equipped kitchen (with hob, fridge, plates, glasses, pots and silverware) and a living room with sofa and Tv; always on ground floor there is a bathroom with shower. The upper floor has a large double room, a nice room with one bed and another bathroom with shower.
The window of the dining room enjoys a wonderful view over the towers of San Gimignano while the windows of the rooms offer beautiful views over vineyards and farm. The cottage is also equipped with color TV, heating, towels and sheets, clothesline in the yard outside and comfortable outdoor parking.
Guests can also take a refreshing dip in the panoramic swimming pool which enjoys splendid views of the medieval centre of San Gimignano.
